Management Committee
Eddie Mc Dowell is the Northern Ireland Regional Coordinator for the Churches Community Work Alliance and oversees the work of the Community Work from a Christian Perspective network. He has been involved with LINC since 1998 and has served as chairperson of the Management Committee for the past five years.
Julie Harrison is a self-employed consultant providing research, policy appraisal, evaluation and development to a range of bodies in the community/voluntary and public sectors in Northern Ireland. Julie was elected to the Management Committee in July 2005
Rev Philip Mc Alister is Chuch of the Nazrene, North European Field Director. He is one of the foundation members of LINC and also serves as a Building Trustee.
Diane Holt is the Project Manager of the Link Family and Community Centre, South Street, Newtownards. The "Link" (separate identity from LINC) is a faith-based organisation working for social change within the Borough of Newtownards. Diane was elected to the Management Committee of LINC in July 2005.
Rev Noel Sommerville is pastor of the Church of the Nazarene, Dromore, Co Down and has been a member of the Management Committee since 2002.
Ken Groves is former Director of Frontier Youth Ireland and is now working in the private sector. Ken has been a member of the management Committee since August 2000.
Rev Philip Bell is pastor of the Church of the Nazarene, Donegall Road, Belfast and is involved in a number of community initiatives in the South Belfast area. He has been involved with LINC since 1997.
Helen Smith is Coordinator of the Community Work from a Christian Perspective volunteer initiative which seeks to provide training and placements for Christians interested in engaging with local communities. Helen was elected to the Management Committee in June 2006.
Building Trustees
Rev Colin Wood is District Superintendent of the British Isles North Districy, Church of the Nazarene. He is a foundation member of LINC.

Rev Ivan Miles is pastor of the Megain memorial Church of the Nazarene, Newtownards Road, Belfast. Ivan is a foundation member of LINC.
